Placing an order

Submitting an order confirms that the checkout information is accurate and that you have authorization to use the chosen payment method. Before fulfillment, we may review orders and reasonably decline or cancel one because of suspected fraud, failed payment, pricing mistakes, unavailable inventory, technical errors, legal restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons.

Product details and corrections

We aim to describe our gifts accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations and other reasonable factors may create minor appearance differences. Genuine pricing, description, inventory or technical errors may be corrected. If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will explain it and offer an available resolution.

Prices, payment and promotions

Checkout shows product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, taxes where applicable and the final total before submission. The displayed payment methods are subject to successful authorization and applicable security or fraud checks. Any promotion may carry eligibility rules, expiry dates, product limits or other conditions presented with that offer.

Processing and delivery

Payment-confirmed orders normally take 2–4 business days to process, or up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes. Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Inventory, product location and destination determine whether our facilities or designated fulfillment partners handle dispatch.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items can generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Once an approved returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation requests

Contact us promptly before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipping starts. A cancellation completed before fulfillment has no cancellation fee.

When an item is not right

For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed merchandise, contact us with order information and photographs or videos where appropriate. We will review the issue and provide a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution.

Consumer rights

These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
