Getting your order ready

After successful payment confirmation, normal processing takes 2–4 business days. Holidays, promotions, unusually high order volumes and other peak periods may extend this to 5 business days. Processing happens before dispatch and is separate from transit time.

On the way to the United States

Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Destination, carrier operations, customs procedures where applicable, weather, seasonal volume and other transportation circumstances can affect arrival.

Shipping charges before you pay

Checkout shows the available shipping methods and calculates the applicable charges before payment. Review those charges together with your order total before submitting your order.

Where parcels begin their journey

Inventory availability, product location and destination determine whether our facilities or designated fulfillment partners handle an order. A parcel’s physical origin can differ from our business registration address. An order may occasionally travel in separate shipments, with separate tracking information where available.

Following your parcel

After dispatch, available tracking details are normally shared by email or through the applicable order-tracking method. Carrier systems may need a reasonable period to show the first tracking activity.

When tracking or delivery needs attention

If updates stop for an extended period, transit seems unusually delayed or a shipment appears lost, email service@ciubg.com with your order number and available tracking details. We will review shipment information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to identify a reasonable next step.

If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the mailbox, delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors and carrier notices. If it remains missing, contact us so we can review the circumstances. A delivered scan does not close your request automatically.

Provide a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. Tell us promptly if you discover an error. Once fulfillment or dispatch has begun, an address change cannot be guaranteed.
